Processing Time All products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be printed and dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom — 5–10 business days
- European Union — 7–15 business days
- United States & Canada — 7–14 business days
- Rest of World — 12–25 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday).
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping & Customs We ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Say It & Slay. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at customerservices@sayitandslay.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues outside our control.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they are in production or dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy
