Refund policy

 

At Say It & Slay, we want you to love what you ordered. Because our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final — With Exceptions

As each item is custom-printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Colour variations due to screen display differences

We Will Replace or Refund If:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • There is a print quality issue (e.g. misalignment, fading, incorrect design)
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible, you must:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

How to Request a Replacement or Refund Email us at customerservices@sayitandslay.com with your order number and photos. We'll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. Approved claims will receive either a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. Once an item is in production, it cannot be cancelled.

Duties & Import Taxes International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

EU Customers — Consumer Rights

If you are based in the European Union, please note the following:

Under EU consumer law, you ordinarily have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalised (Article 16(c), Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

As all Say It & Slay products are custom-printed on demand specifically for each order, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. This exemption is clearly communicated at the point of purchase.

Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods are not affected. If your order arrives with a defect or error, please contact us at customerservices@sayitandslay.com within 30 days of delivery.
